Post-Treatment Care for Hyaluronidase Injection

  1. You may gently wash your face and apply light makeup on the same day as the procedure.

  2. To reduce the risk of infection, avoid alcohol, smoking, saunas, and hot baths for one week.

  3. Bruising is uncommon but may develop within a day of the procedure and typically resolves within a week.

  4. The treated area may appear more swollen than usual immediately after the procedure. If you have allergies, you may experience generalized facial swelling, itching, or mild fever for 2 to 3 days.

  5. After the procedure, you will be asked to rest for about 20 minutes to monitor for any allergic reactions.
If mild symptoms such as redness, itching, or swelling occur, an antihistamine can help relieve discomfort. These reactions do not affect the effectiveness of the treatment.

  6. Approximately 80% of the filler dissolves within the first 24 hours, with the remaining 20% breaking down gradually over the following seven days.

  7. If you wish to receive additional filler or another Hyaluronidase treatment, please wait at least seven days to allow the initial reaction to fully settle.
